Shipping & Delivery

Products carried by Puro Chile are of the highest quality. As a result, we are striving to build a shipping program that both accommodates your needs and delivers product of the highest possible quality. All packages are shipped on normal business days via UPS . You can choose your shipping cost and time frame directly while you check out. Shipping methods available are UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. Please note that orders placed on Wednesday or Thursday might spend the week end in UPS transit facility before it reaches your location.

Ordering

We have set up a UPS shipping Calculator to give you the exact shipping amount you will be charged depending on your shipping zip code, the shipping method chosen and the total weight of your order. When you register or Login, and "Check out" your order , you will receive an email with your tracking Number that will enable you to view & track your order online - please verify the information before calling customer service.

Payments

We Accept Payment via Major Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Our checkout process is encrypted with a 256-bit SSL certificate. This ensures all sensitive data, such as credit card information and billing/shipping address be processed securely without any compromising factors.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns on sales invoices older than 30 days will not be accepted. Any returns received will be issued as a store credit to your puro-chile shop Account. We do NOT issue exchanges or replacements. In order to receive a monetary refund to your card you must request it and report your return within 10 days from the day you receive the item. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Viewing Orders

You can view your current orders and your history under "My Account". Here you have access to all of your recent orders, account information, address book and more. You can click on each individual order to view the details and even click on "reorder" to quickly checkout with the previously purchased items.

Updating Account Information

Within "My Account", you may update your personal information by clicking on the corresponding "edit" link under each module.
